Mr. Shantanu Agrawal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, specializing in industrial decarbonization and sustainable development. He holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Metallurgical Engineering from the National Institute of Foundry and Forge Technology (NIFFT) , Ranchi. And a Master of Technology (M.Tech) from the Indian Institute of Technology-BHU, Varanasi.

He has worked as an Engineer with leading iron and steel giant Tata Metaliks. And have also supported several MSME's in improving their processes and performances. Throughout his career, Shantanu has held pivotal roles in leading organizations, focusing on energy efficiency, renewable energy integration, and carbon management strategies. His expertise encompasses developing and implementing decarbonization roadmaps, optimizing industrial processes to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and advising on policy frameworks that support sustainable industrial practices.

In his role as Lead of Industrial Decarbonization at our company, Shantanu spearheads initiatives aimed at transitioning industries towards low-carbon operations. He collaborates with cross-functional teams to design and execute strategies that align with global climate goals, ensuring that our clients achieve both environmental sustainability and economic viability.
