Vineet Kumar

Mr. Vineet Kumar is an Energy & Environment Scholar and Policy Expert. He has extensive experience in teaching Environment to the undergraduate students at Janki Devi Memorial College and Motilal Nehru College (Evening), Delhi University. He has also taught Environment to the students of School of Open Learning (SOL) and Non-Collegiate Women's Education Board (NCWEB), Delhi University. He is also a Research Scholar and pursuing PhD on wind energy at the Centre for Studies in Science Policy (CSSP), Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), Delhi. He has actively participated and played a pivotal role in organizing several National and International Conferences, Workshops, Training Programs and Seminars in the concerned areas. He was the Editor of the Youth magazine 'Green Planet Mantra' publishing on the global and national environmental issues. He has delivered talks on climate change, renewable energy, and other environmental problems in different government schools. He has authored book chapters, journal articles and reports. He has wide-ranging Research Experience in the field of Renewable Energy, Climate Change, Energy Policy, Innovation Studies, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Environmental issues. His future research orientations are varied that includes Traditional Knowledge, Technology Transfer, Geopolitical issues, and International Relations.
