Japinder Wadhawan

Mr. Japinder Wadhawan is a seasoned Production Engineer, with masters degree from GNDEC, Ludhiana and PD Diploma from IIT-Kharagpur. He is passionate about diffusing emerging problem solving technologies at the grassroot levels. He has successfully run his venture Raftaar Group by blending theory and practice to develop low cost agricultural and agro processing machines for variety of stakeholders. This has lead towards process improvements and long term socio-economic and environmental returns. Over the period of last five years he has trained several farmers, FPOs, SHGs, engineering students and others, in diffusing economic and effective engineering based solutions. As a Lead (Water and Waste Circularity) he is leading the technology development tasks.
