A Principal Advocate at MKM Law Firm, Mr. Meena has an extensive background in Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Competition Law, Commercial Transactions, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Environmental Law. His legal acumen is instrumental in navigating the regulatory frameworks surrounding carbon finance, climate policies, and sustainable development projects.

An alumnus of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) and the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, Mr. Meena represents clients before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, and various regulatory and consumer forums. His vast experience includes advising multinational corporations like TATA Communications, TATA Play, and ST Telemedia Global Data Centers India, alongside legal consultancy roles with Reliancesoft Systems Inc. (USA).

At Indo Climate Lab, Advocate Meena plays a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with environmental laws, structuring legal frameworks for carbon credit projects, drafting agreements with Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), and facilitating partnerships with governmental and private stakeholders.
