Rajat Kumar Mishra

Rajat Kumar Mishra is a visionary Entrepreneur and Innovation Expert with deep expertise in emerging technologies, digital transformation, and inclusive entrepreneurship. As an Advisor (Emerging and Digital Technologies) at Indo Climate Lab, he brings a unique blend of technological acumen, policy expertise, and entrepreneurial leadership to drive digital solutions for sustainable agriculture, climate action, and rural development. A graduate of BITS Pilani (B.E. Hons. in Electronics and Communication), Rajat pursued advanced research in Science Policy and Entrepreneurship at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), where he earned his M.Phil. and Ph.D. His research spans grassroots innovation, AI-driven solutions, frugal technologies, and inclusive digital ecosystems. He also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Product Management from Duke University, USA.

With extensive experience in technology development, AI product design, and digital policy-making, Rajat has founded multiple technology and consultancy firms, mentoring 5,000+ entrepreneurs. His work has empowered women, tribal communities, and differently-abled entrepreneurs through digital literacy and business incubation programs. As a policy expert, Rajat has developed impactful governance frameworks, including Raipur Municipal Corporation’s Outdoor Advertisement Policy 2024 and served as a Senior Fellow & Policy Advisor (Economic Affairs) at ICPRD. He has collaborated with the Uttar Pradesh Government on startup initiatives like the CM Yuva Scheme.

A prolific writer and speaker, Rajat regularly contributes to newspapers such as Navabharat, Amar Ujala, and appears on national news channels and podcasts discussing technology, business, and climate change. He is also the author of two books on entrepreneurship and innovation.
